Mild and creamy, this 10 ounce piece of muenster is a popular choice as an appetizer or for snacking. Since it is also a soft cheese, muenster melts easily in macaroni and cheese, over burgers, in casseroles and even on pizza.

Made from pasteurized milk with annatto added (plant-based food coloring).  Very creamy and mild.  A favorite for snacking. 

Ingredients: Fresh pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, Annatto (for color).
